USE THE KNOWLEDGE OF PROVEN PRACTICES

Training: 'Project-Table' setting, an approach to set up and run projects.

Setting up a project quickly and well, even with little starting information and not having the best resources available, is a reality that challenges professionals.
In a rapidly changing world, collaboration in changing projects is becoming increasingly important. This requires flexibility, professionals must be willing to adapt to the situation. Because the collaboration between people with a different mindset and background is often difficult, professionals need a goal-oriented, no-nonsense approach to set up and run a project. A simple and visible setting that works for everyone involved to build trust in collaboration.

With a ‘ProjectTable’ setting you’ll convert meetings into constructive collaboration. Organized communication is the key to continuous development in a smooth flow and stop nonsense.

In a short time, get to the heart of project management and apply it directly to your work.

Training: Visioning-Development-Planning, an approach to create and improve products and systems.

Visioning-Development-Planning is the engine to drive the development of products and systems. It involves realizing new systems or adapting existing ones, with visioning or craftsmanship as the starting point for creating, rather than relying solely on knowledge.
Visioning-Development-Planning guides professionals to quickly run and keep rolling through all aspects of the design. Collaborators can easily anticipate and see how they can contribute to the success of a project. There are no restrictions to using preferred work structures, methods or tools.
A visual anchor allows to understand when and why we need to; “observe” “visualize situations from a systems perspectives” “explore needs” “design & test” “make and evaluate models”, in a smooth ongoing development process. This is not a serial process, but it always shows where you need to go to realize working systems.

Expand your skills with this technique to apply in your daily practice.

Product reference map for product development

I visualize the essence of your company’s products (and services) as an online application. Whenever your thoughts and conversations in a collaboration are about product development, you have at glance what you (already) have, what it is and what it does (does not do).

The map shows the existing products with their mutual relationship and relationship with other systems and themes. The essence of the products and services are the names, features, functions and limitations.

You can easily edit the map interactively (also for remote work) to quickly add agreed names and specific characteristics of ‘products in development’ in a living document. In this way, a shared understanding of the product to be developed can be kept complete and consistent, despite the highly fragmented technical and non-technical activities.

  • co-work in trust, keeping your information safe: what we create is yours

Learn to create and visualize context as a system in a digital map

Create a map to visualize the context around a theme . The digital map links the essential information to a core theme in a well-arranged structure. With an A1 printout on the table, you get the whole context explained in a few minutes to the people whom you invite in a collaboration around a theme. Discussions with involved groups lead to new insights that further build up the map as a (systems)model. The map shows the playing field in which the theme develops. You can easily present the digital map for evaluation of the theme proposal to get feedback from people’s different perspectives.
